Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in food preparation preferred.
• Must pass Food Service Sanitation course within 1 year of employment.
• Able to obtain gaming license (Indiana, if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods such as sauces, gravies, entrees, soups and desserts per directions.
• Ensure adequate supply of foods and seasonings; check quality before cooking.
• Operate steamer, oven, slicer and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly prep area; break down and restock workstations.
• Follow sanitation procedures and health department requirements.
• Work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
