Job summary

Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas seeks an IT Support Technician to deliver frontline support for company systems, devices, software, and users across multiple business units in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain desktops and peripherals, support Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, and assist with network and security tasks; onsite support is required across several properties with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
Experience working in a help desk or ticketing environment.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; provide onsite and remote support.
Manage user accounts and permissions; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
Maintain workstation and network security according to policy; support cybersecurity practices.
Assist with asset management and documentation; track tickets and resolutions.
