Job summary

Paragon Tropicana in Las Vegas seeks a Maintenance Engineer for graveyard shift to perform daily upkeep of hotel equipment including HVAC, kitchen, electrical and plumbing systems across guest rooms and casino properties.

You will diagnose, repair and replace components, operate power tools, follow safety protocols, and respond to emergencies. Candidates need 3+ years in skilled trades and a high school diploma; casino hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in skilled craft-related maintenance roles.
• Casino/hotel maintenance or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on rooms and hotel equipment.
• Repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose, replace and balance room amenities and fixtures.
• Operate power tools and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Respond to guest calls and emergencies; document actions.
