Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operations for guest rooms, dining areas, casino floors, and other facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems with a focus on guest satisfaction and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel or facility maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel or facility maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; ability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge/certification in trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Southern Nevada pool certification preferred; 5 years plumbing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair equipment across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems.
• Complete minor cosmetic repairs and installations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist in shift turnover by communicating pending work orders and issues.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls; work safely at all times.
