Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience of building maintenance within a hotel/casino environment.
• Commitment to maintaining personal and team safety at all times.
• Understanding of standard methods and practices used in preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including light carpentry and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly to identify maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders.

Skills

Ability to properly adjust and balance pool and spa water chemistry

Strong problem solving and basic troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and applicable safety practices

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic skills in diagnosing and repairing relevant equipment

Education
