Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred and three years experience in office administration, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must possess an advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have exceptional phone etiquette and guest service skills.
• Must possess organizational and interpersonal relations skills with a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be assertive and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform duties in interruptive conditions and read/analyze business communications.
