Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board license.
• Report writing skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by giving directions and answering questions.
• Investigate all accidents on Harrah’s/Caesars Republic premises.
• Assist injured guests and apply first aid/CPR as needed.
• Check guest IDs to ensure 21+ in gaming areas.
• Patrol the parking lot and garage by car or van.
• Escort employees with monies.
• Complete written reports as assigned.
• Control and direct traffic as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor casino, parking lot and garage for disturbances and safety issues.
