Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security/Guest Services Associate at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. You will provide superior service, maintain visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming experience, and support other departments so guests may be served more effectively.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, a valid driver's license, CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days, and eligibility to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Confidentiality of material.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Current CPR certification or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Report writing skills.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board license.
• Uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and presents Caesars Entertainment well.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assists guests by giving directions and answering questions in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Investigates all accidents on Harrah’s/Caesars Republic premises.
• Assists injured guests and applies first aid and/or CPR as necessary until professional help arrives.
• Checks identification of guest to ensure that only those 21 years of age and older are allowed in gaming areas.
• Patrols the parking lot and garage by car or van.
• Escorts employees with monies.
• Completes written reports as assigned.
• Controls and directs traffic as needed.
• Ensures the delivery of great customer service.
• Monitors and observes the casino, parking lot and garage for disturbances, crimes, fire hazards and report these issues to Security supervision.
