Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a customer service focused teammate to engage guests, explain the Players' Club rewards, and drive loyalty. You will connect with guests on-floor, answer questions, and help create memorable experiences that keep players returning.

You'll recruit new members, use direct mail and telemarketing for engagement, and collaborate with casino teams to design exciting player experiences and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Be the champion of customer retention and loyalty—turning casual visitors into Players' Club members.
• Hit the casino floor and work your magic.
• Connect with guests, answer questions, and create memorable moments.
• Promote Players' Club benefits and events with enthusiasm.
• Recruit new members and nurture relationships through direct mail and calls.
• Guide guests through the Players' Club rewards and point system.
