Job summary

Boyd Gaming seeks a Customer Service Representative to engage guests, recruit Players’ Club members, and promote loyalty programs on the casino floor. You will answer questions, process requests, and support hosts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced casino environment. A high school diploma and 21+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events.
• Recruit new customers and enhance current relationships through various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.
• Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events.
