Mineral Palace Hotel & Gaming in Deadwood, SD seeks a Gaming Manager to direct and supervise gaming operations and personnel across Pit, Drop, Cashiers, Security and Floor Supervisors. The role requires a mature, professional approach and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.

You will train staff to troubleshoot slot machines, enforce SDCG regulations, uphold company standards, and address guest concerns.

Formación

• Direct and supervise gaming operations and personnel across Pit, Drop, Cashiers, Security and Floor Supervisors.
• Maintain a professional image at all times and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Communicate day-to-day operations and changes effectively to staff.

Responsabilidades

• Hold monthly meetings with each department to discuss issues and uphold standards.
• Train employees to troubleshoot slot machines and keep the floor operational.
• Train and monitor Security systems to ensure coverage and DVRs are in working order.
• Explain, interpret and enforce house operating rules and SDCG regulations.
• Address customer service and security issues as problems arise.
• Interact with customers to ensure they are enjoying themselves.
• Monitor staffing levels and arrange for rotations and breaks.
