Job summary
Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in North Dakota seeks a Director of Gaming Operations to lead all gaming functions, driving profitability, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in casino gaming operations.
- Progressive management and leadership experience within casino gaming operations.
- Broad-based knowledge of gaming operations, management, administration, and accounting.
- Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all gaming operations, including slots, tables, bingo, sportsbook, and related functions.
- Develop and implement short-range and long-range gaming strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Monitor gaming financial performance; manage budgets, expenses, and capital planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and operational integrity.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the casino floor and collaborate with executives.
