Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Live! Food Server to provide friendly and efficient food and drink service to restaurant guests. You will ensure guests have a favorable dining experience and engage with them to enhance their visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing the menu, taking orders, recommending items, processing payments, serving and clearing tables, and assisting with In-Room Dining when applicable. Energetic casino setting welcoming diverse guests.

Formación

• Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. A high level of customer service training would be a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in casual, buffet and/or fine dining restaurant.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, Alcohol Beverage Card required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Know the menu and confidently recommend items to guests.
• Take orders, process payments, present and serve food, and clear tables.
• Assist with In-Room Dining when applicable.
