Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Vietnamese Restaurant Server to deliver friendly, attentive service and expert menu knowledge, ensuring a memorable dining and gaming experience for guests.

You will engage with guests, make confident recommendations, and support smooth restaurant operations, including in-room dining when applicable. Prior hospitality experience and the ability to obtain necessary licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year to three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant.
• A high level of customer service training is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Maltese Lottery and Gaming Commission license.
• Alcohol Beverage Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Know the menu and confidently recommend items to guests.
• Take orders, present food, and process payments for all extra food and beverage service.
• Assist in clearing tables, transporting dishes, and cleaning the work area.
• Enhance guest experience with prompt, efficient service in Live! Casino & Hotel.
