Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Food Server for Ridotto - LA. You will provide friendly and efficient food and drink service, ensuring guests have a favorable dining experience. You will engage with guests, recommend menu items, and maintain a clean, organized service area.

The role requires 21+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain an ABO license. Prior casino dining experience is a plus, with opportunities to assist in-room dining when applicable.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and guest service skills.
Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE for foodservice.
Able to read and write basic instructions.
21+ years old and able to obtain ABO license for the state.
Experience in casual, buffet, or fine dining environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Know the menu and confidently recommend items.
Handle orders, present food, and process payments for extras.
Assist with clearing tables, transporting dishes, and maintaining station cleanliness.
Enhance guest experience with prompt, courteous service; support in-room dining when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
