Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel in Philadelphia seeks a Live! Food Server to provide friendly and efficient food and drink service to restaurant guests.
You will engage guests with a smile, know the menu, and help ensure a favorable dining experience while meeting safety and health standards. You will take orders, suggest items, handle payments for add-on services, and assist in clearing and cleaning. The role also supports In-Room Dining and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in casual, buffet and/or fine dining restaurant.
- Must comply with state gaming regulations; Alcohol Beverage Card required.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Know the menu and confidently recommend items to guests.
- Take orders, process payment methods for add-on services, present food, and upsell when possible.
- Assist in clearing tables, transport dishes, and clean workstation and wait stand at shift end.
- Enhance gaming and dining experience with prompt, efficient service and guest interaction.
- Assist with In-Room Dining orders when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
