Qualifications

• Customer service or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly dining service to guests and ensure quality dining experience.
• Handle payment, clean and restock assigned venue, and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Follow SOPs for cash and food handling and maintain professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members and assist to enhance guest loyalty.
• Work weekends and evenings and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
