Desert Diamond Casino White Tanks is seeking a Food & Beverage operations supervisor to oversee dining and bar services under the guidance of venue managers. You will train team members, ensure service standards, and collaborate with culinary staff to exceed guest expectations while maintaining compliance with Title 4 and TOGE controls.

The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead dining/food service staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in a dining environment.
• Experience coordinating with culinary teams and service staff.
• Ability to manage inventory and vendor relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food & Beverage operations in the venue and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE policies and Title 4, including alcohol service controls.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule staff and manage daily operations.
• Conduct monthly inventories and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with codes.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain a high-performance workplace culture.
