Desert Diamond Casino invites candidates for a Management Internship in the Food and Beverage department. Under supervision, you will gain supervisory exposure and on‑the‑job training in hospitality service within a Native American gaming environment.

The program lasts up to one year and emphasizes teamwork, adherence to alcohol laws, and professional conduct. This role includes flexible duties and essential training to develop future leaders in F&B.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be an enrolled Tohono O’odham tribal member.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Culinary or Hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Able to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with all health, food safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team and mentor on training goals.
• Gain experience across venues within the Food and Beverage department.
• Attend training specific to assigned position and perform related tasks.
