Job summary

Rail City Casino is seeking a qualified leader to administer policies on casino floor and food & beverage operations. You will train staff to achieve service quality and appearance standards, ensuring a welcoming environment and responsive guest service.

You will oversee cash handling procedures, maintain machine and equipment conditions, and support compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations while driving promotional activities and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in managing cash handling and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with gaming operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies across casino floor and food/beverage operations.
• Train staff to meet service standards and maintain a positive work environment.
• Supervise cash handling in cages and on the gaming floor.
• Assist in compliance with health, safety, labor and gaming regulations.
• Attend management meetings and participate in employee performance processes.
