Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced Casino Operations Leader to supervise the daily activities of the Casino Operations Department, overseeing Table Games and Slots, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgeting processes, develop staffing plans, and drive performance to achieve revenue and cost targets while promoting a high standard of service across the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; minimum five years of leadership experience in Table Games/Slots or similar.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of gaming operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Casino Operations daily, including Table Games/Slots and staff scheduling to meet budget objectives.
• Manage budgets, P&Ls, and department performance metrics; monitor profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards; mentor and develop staff.
