Hollywood Casino Morgantown is hiring a Beverage Server to deliver prompt, courteous service to casino guests in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, English proficient, and able to obtain RAMP certification and a Pennsylvania license. Training provided; familiarity with POS systems and basic math helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
• Must qualify for PA Racing Commission license/credentialing.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to respond to guest inquiries.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests.
• Know PLCB and RG standards.
• Be aware of beverage trends and inventory.
• Monitor guest needs and fulfill requests.
• Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
• Support other team members during opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks and supervisors.
