Job summary

Hollywood Casino Morgantown seeks a Beverage Service Associate to provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests. You will maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards, monitor guest needs, and ensure accurate POS usage while working as part of a bar/beverage team.

Responsibilities include upholding safety standards, handling multiple orders efficiently, and supporting colleagues during shifts in a dynamic casino environment with tipping incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to respond to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and documents.
• Ability to present information and respond to guest questions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle various situations.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests in line with HCPN policies.
• Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards and of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and trends.
• Monitor guest needs and promptly fulfill requests.
• Utilize POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol intake per training (RAMP).
• Assist other beverage staff with side work and opening/closing duties.
• Play a team role with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and others to ensure smooth operations.
