Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a beverage server to provide prompt, courteous service to casino guests in a fast-paced environment. You will learn and adhere to PLCB and RG standards and work as part of a multi‑person beverage team.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic math skills, and strong English communication. On‑the‑job training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the property.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must obtain RAMP certification.
• Must qualify for license with PA State Racing Commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests.
• Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
• Monitor guest needs and fulfill requests promptly.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Collaborate with servers, bar staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
