Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking an Environmental Services supervisor responsible for implementing and ensuring all EVS operations on the assigned shift in accordance with casino policies and procedures.

You will maintain OSHA safety compliance, interact professionally with guests and other departments, and oversee cleaning across restrooms, gaming floor, hotel lobby, convention spaces, food venues, and offices. Experience preferred; GRA license required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure EVS operations on assigned shift are in accordance with Grand Casino policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Interact with guests and other departments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure approved standards of cleanliness throughout the casino and guest safety.
• Assist in maintenance of repairs and replacements in assigned areas as needed.
• Clean all assigned areas including restrooms, gaming floor, hotel lobby, convention center, food venues, and offices.
• Operate large cleaning equipment as required; handle bio-hazardous materials per standards.
