Job summary

Hollywood Casino & Hotel is seeking a EVS Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance operations during the night shift. You will supervise staff, ensure facilities are well-maintained, and participate in performance reviews and new hire training.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of EVS cleaning experience, strong communication, and proficiency with computer applications. The role requires physical mobility and adherence to cleanliness standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise cleaning, follow up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
• Contribute to and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control and secure access.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory processes as needed.
• Ensure departmental cleanliness standards are consistently met.
