Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and payroll processing bi-weekly.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE policies and safety standards.
• Plan budgets and department schedules; oversee equipment and supplies.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, chemicals, and OSHA rules.
• Maintain records and report on department performance.
