Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign tasks, train staff, monitor quality, and ensure exceptional guest service on the casino floor.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, performance coaching, safety compliance, and adherence to TOGE policies and procedures while fostering a collaborative team environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years supervisory/lead experience or 1 year in TOGE supervisory role.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background check, drug screen and gaming license requirements.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, payroll and compliance with department policies.

Responsibilities

• Applies fair and consistent supervision
• Assists in hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions
• Plans and administers work schedules and assignments for direct reports
• Monitors performance and ensures adherence to TOGE policies
• Trains staff on cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Maintains payroll records and enforces standard operating procedures
• Ensures safety and quality standards in all work areas
• Prepares reports and coordinates with other departments as needed
