Job summary

WarHorse Gaming seeks an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations across the property. You will supervise EVS staff, coordinate daily cleaning, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and deliver a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed inspections, and effective training to maintain high cleanliness levels and OSHA compliance in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality, hotel, casino, or similar environment preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
• Assign daily work responsibilities and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and VIP areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Coordinate preventative cleaning schedules and special projects.
• Train, coach, and mentor EVS team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
