Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA seeks a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee EVS staff. Responsible for scheduling, training, performance monitoring, supply management, and maintenance coordination to ensure clean, welcoming casino environments.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, English communication, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4-6 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervises preparation of work schedules for EVS staff.
• Trains staff in all necessary EVS tasks according to EVS procedures.
• Monitors performance of staff and adherence to casino policies and procedures.
• Issues supplies and equipment as required.
• Arranges for repair of cleaning equipment.
• Maintains and updates cleaning supplies inventory. Submits requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Coordinates activities of outside vendors providing services and/or equipment for casino environment.
• Serves as liaison between the casino and Maintenance.
• May perform duties of supervisors and staff as required.
• Complies with the Standard Operation Procedures within Environmental Services Department.
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees of the EVS Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of EVS staff.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACRM and ACPS System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
