Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee ongoing EVS operations in a casino environment. You will assist the EVS Manager, supervise shift scheduling, and monitor attendance, performance, and policy adherence to maintain clean, safe facilities for guests and staff.

The role involves coordinating supplies, conducting inventories, training staff, and supporting disciplinary processes while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining efficient department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the EVS Manager as required.
• Supervise preparation of work schedules for all EVS shift.
• Create daily and monthly rotation schedules and monitor time off requests.
• Monitor performance and attendance of staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Issue supplies and equipment as required and report discrepancies.
• Perform inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Schedule and train environmental services staff and ensure performance standards are met.
• Participate in dispute resolution and refer disciplinary actions to the department manager.
• Lead performance evaluations and provide input to management.
