Job summary

Campeón Gaming in Athens is seeking a CRM/digital marketing professional to support casino CRM campaigns, promotions, and rewards. You will work with design, product, and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging and timely delivery while upholding GDPR and responsible gambling standards.

The role rewards careful campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and collaboration within a diverse team. Hybrid working model in the center of Athens.

Qualifications

• CRM or digital marketing experience, preferably in online gaming.
• Understanding of casino promotions and player behavior.
• Strong organizational skills; multitasking; deadline-driven.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail; ability to work across teams.
• Experience with CRM tools (FastTrack, Optimove) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GDPR and responsible gambling is a plus.
• Knowledge of casino bonus structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution: help set up, schedule, and deliver Casino CRM campaigns.
• Offer management: coordinate promotions, bonuses, and rewards for players.
• Quality assurance: perform QA checks for messaging, targeting, timing.
• Cross-functional support: collaborate with design, product, and compliance.
• Performance monitoring: track campaign KPIs.
• Compliance: ensure GDPR and responsible gambling compliance.
