Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos Rancho Mirage is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee labor, productivity, quality control and safety across ACE Club operations. You will drive process improvements, manage reporting, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure consistent and high‑quality guest experiences.

You will work with ACE Club shift managers and marketing leadership to set benchmarks, monitor performance, and implement changes that enhance efficiency while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with ACE Club casino experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and deliver guest service.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations across business lines including analysis, vendor and risk management.
• Collaborate with ACE Club managers to meet daily and quarterly goals.
• Lead long-term planning, reporting and change control processes.
• Coordinate monthly/ quarterly / annual production levels with database teams.
• Enforce SOPs and internal controls; drive improvements.
• Prepare monthly department recaps and variance reports.
• Support training and scheduling with marketing team.
