Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Slot Department Manager responsible for the overall performance of the Slot operations across ACCRS, ACCPS and ACCCC. The role requires adherence to AML programs and regulatory requirements, plus leadership of staff and maintenance oversight.

You will monitor revenues, expenditures and staffing while maintaining guest service excellence and strict internal controls.

Qualifications

• Must comply with AML program and regulations including Title 31 cash transactions and SAR requirements.
• Deals with slot procedures, maintenance records, and reporting of revenues and staffing.
• Interviews, hires, trains employees and manages performance across the Slot Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of the Slot Department for ACCRS, ACCPS and ACCCC.
• Oversee installation, movement and removal of all Slot equipment and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor slot budget monthly and review slot revenues, expenditures and staffing.
• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to casino policies and internal controls.
• Supervise subordinate managers and coordinate with General Manager on strategy and priorities.
