Job summary

Paycom - ATS ACE Club Operations is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage marketing-driven club operations and the supporting systems. You will drive process improvements, supervise ACE Club shift managers and coordinators, and ensure high standards of guest service and internal controls across multiple programs.

You will collaborate with marketing and events teams, oversee budgets, and report on performance metrics while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience; ACE Club casino experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and systematic abilities with communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining guest service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure with opportunities for improvement.
• Manages day-to-day department operations across business lines including analysis, vendor and risk management.
• Work with ACE Club shift managers to set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
• Participates in long-term planning, project reporting, and change control processes.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual production levels with database analyst teams.
• Enforce SOPs and internal controls; propose improvements to senior leadership.
• Maintain open communication with Marketing staff and other department heads.
• Prepare monthly department recaps and variance reports; collaborate on hiring, training, scheduling.
• Oversee ACE Club programs and guest initiatives; manage promotions with events and marketing teams.
• Manage departmental budgets and uniforms; oversee box office variances and operations.
• Provide guidance to ACE Club shift managers and badges/ access as per policy; uphold policies and laws.
