Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 months of related experience or Associate’s with 6+ months experience in banking or Gaming sector.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of department-specific experience in banking; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage Department on shift and per supervisor assignment.
• Balance and verify cash banks; monitor financial controls and records.
• Provide excellent guest services and ensure courteous staff interactions.
• Communicate company information and decisions to staff; conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NIGC/ONGC and internal policies.
