Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Bartender to support beverage operations at its casino bars. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specifications, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and provide professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate pours, upholding HACCP guidelines, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness of the bar area. This role requires 21+ with Serve Safe Alcohol and Indiana ATC licenses.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in Beverage Service Industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; effective communication with guests and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and support Horseshoe Indianapolis culture and service standards.
• Produce beverages according to recipes and quality controls; manage par levels and station setup.
• Ensure legal alcohol service: check IDs, measured pours, cut off as needed.
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safe beverage service practices.
• Keep bar and equipment in good working order and area hazard-free.
