Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Beverage Server at Horseshoe Indianapolis to deliver exceptional beverage service across outlets and banquet areas. The role requires knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a valid TIPS certificate, and Indiana ATC Employee Permit.

The position is part-time with opportunities to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1-2 years of high-volume cocktail service.
• Knowledge of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Must obtain and maintain a TIPS certificate for responsible alcohol service and sales.
• Must obtain and keep current an Indiana ATC Employee Permit License.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Must have ability to balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverages and food service across outlets or banquet areas as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests, employees and vendors.
• Follow Caesars policies, procedures and regulations.
• Support on/off-site events and promotions as needed.
