Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Beverage Server to provide friendly service across our food and beverage outlets. You will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and assist with banquet events, ensuring a positive guest experience.

We expect 1–2 years of high-volume cocktail service, knowledge of drinks, and the ability to balance cash and perform basic math. The role requires 21+ and the ability to obtain Indiana licenses; it is a full-time, on-site position

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of high-volume cocktail service or equivalent.
• Knowledge of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Must have a current TIPS certificate for responsible alcohol service.
• Must obtain Indiana ATC Employee Permit License.
• Basic math skills to perform position responsibilities.
• Must be able to balance cash drawer.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Caesars Indianapolis is a smoking establishment.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items as needed to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons, employees and vendors.
• Work within Caesars policies and regulatory guidelines and support on- and off-site events when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including liaison for events and promotional activities.
