Job summary

Belterra Casino Resort is seeking an Out of Bounds Bartender to deliver superior beverage service to guests and hotel staff in a fast-paced casino environment. You will pour drinks according to recipes, maintain a clean work area, and support bar attendants while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates must have bartender experience, Indiana liquor license, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21. Prior high-volume casino or hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience mixing a wide range of beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of operating bar equipment.
• Ability to direct cocktail servers.
• Requirements include licenses per federal, state and gaming regulations.
• Indiana ABC liquor license required.
• Bartender experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers and employees.
• Maintain company funds and equipment in an orderly manner.
• Pour drinks according to recipes and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Demonstrate product offerings and ordering procedures.
• Monitor par levels for supplies at assigned bars.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor.
• Responsible for security and accuracy of bank; manage overages/shortages.
• Open/close bar according to procedures.
• Provide work direction for bar attendants.
