Job summary

Caesars Entertainment - Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Beverage Server to provide high-quality service for guests across outlets and banquet areas. You will handle beverage orders, ensure accurate cash transactions, and support events while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of high-volume cocktail service, knowledge of beverage items, and current TIPS and Indiana ATC licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of high-volume cocktail service experience.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage items.
• TIPS certificate required and current.
• Indiana ATC Employee Permit License required.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Ability to balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Availability for varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing steps.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests.
• Work in various F&B outlets or banquet areas as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, employees and vendors.
• Act as liaison for on-/off-site events and promotions.
• Follow Horseshoe Indianapolis policies, internal controls, and regulations.
