Belterra Casino Resort in Indiana seeks a Bartender to deliver superior beverage service to guests and staff at the casino resort. You will craft drinks, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, compliant bar environment.
You will manage bar operations, supervise attendants, and ensure accurate handling of cash and bar inventory while adhering to gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge to mix a wide variety of drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of operation of all bar equipment.
- Ability to direct cocktail servers.
- Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
- Bartender experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Provide superior service to guests and coworkers.
- Maintain funds and equipment in order.
- Pour drinks according to recipes and keep bar clean and safe.
- Ensure compliance with project and minor-restriction policies.
- Demonstrate product offerings and ordering procedures.
- Monitor par levels for supplies at bars.
- Communicate problems to supervisor.
- Ensure security and accuracy of bar bank and handle shortages/overages.
- Open/close bar per procedures.
- Provide work direction for bar attendants.
