Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and overall daily management of designated shift times
• Ensure customers are served with exceptional customer service and that employees do the same
• Monitor and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly
• Assist with training bar policies and liquor law compliance
• Ensure casino assets are secure and gaming systems are in proper working order
• Assist management with inventory, ordering, invoicing and rotation to minimize waste
• Maintain facility and uniform standards, and ensure safety practices are followed
• Support Casino Manager with Mystery Shop scores and improvement plans
• Ensure daily deposits are made per cash handling policies and policies are followed
