Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team and manage store-wide processes and scheduling.
• Drive sales and merchandising standards.
• Assist GM with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss and implement improvements.
