Job summary

Illumia is a technology solutions provider delivering cashless payment and POS systems to education, healthcare, and business campuses. The Implementation Consultant role focuses on installing, configuring, integrating, and supporting these systems for clients to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.

You'll join a team of Project Managers and Consultants, reporting to the Implementation Consultant Manager.

Qualifications

Has a degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration.
Can learn and master new and existing Illumia service offerings.
Has a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products.
Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Is extremely detail-oriented and driven.
Is client-focused.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients.
Provide expert training and consultative services to ensure optimal system functionality.
Assist the Project Management team with hardware shipment coordination.
Configure interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems.
Configure Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related features.
Work with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for processing.
Ensure PCI compliance during installation of credit card integrations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with Supervisors and Management to escalate issues.
