Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant (SME) for NetMenu across healthcare and higher education campuses. You will lead on-site and remote deployments, guide clients through best practices, and train kitchen teams on inventory, menu operations, and requisitions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain project docs, and strive to achieve revenue and utilization goals while expanding proficiency in NetMenu and related Illumia systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years hands-on kitchen ops in healthcare or higher ed.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, retail menu ops, purchasing and receiving.
• Experience in item/recipe creation and training/presenting to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote NetMenu implementations for healthcare and higher ed clients.
• Deliver training to kitchen/food service teams on back-of-house workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful deployments.
• Maintain agendas, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Meet revenue and utilization goals through project delivery.
• Expand NetMenu knowledge to remain the go-to expert.
