Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and point-of-sale solutions for clients. The role combines technical implementation, client training, and ongoing support to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.

The position involves on-site or remote installation and go-live support, training, and collaboration with a cross-functional team. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Has a degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration.
• Can learn and master new and existing Illumia service offerings.
• Has a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products.
• Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Is extremely detail-oriented and driven.
• Is client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions by installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting systems.
• Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure deployments and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients.
• Provide expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
• Coordinate hardware shipment and configure interfaces with HR/Payroll systems.
• Configure POS devices, menus and related features; work with gateways and PCI compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
