Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Operates cash register and processes transactions, returns and refunds per guidelines
• Supports line vesting and opens additional registers to ensure adequate coverage
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards and reports security concerns
• Inspects returned merchandise for damages
• Performs price checks and assists in loading orders as needed
