• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers to areas of the store and through projects.
• Share information about stock, special orders, and warranty details.
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds using the store’s register.
