Job summary

Fields Auto Group is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to deliver excellent customer service and manage POS transactions. On-the-job training is available, with a schedule including Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00 pm-8:00 pm, and Saturdays 10:00 am-6:00 pm.

Pay is $17.00 per hour for this part-time role. The position involves handling payments, issuing receipts, answering phones, and guiding customers to the appropriate department while supporting clerical tasks and maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate customers' interests and needs to management.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up promptly.
• Handle any customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
